I often walk my dog in the early morning when it is still dark and this collar is exactly what I was looking for--cars slow down when they see the flashing lights. I have had it for several months now, and it works great--highly recommend.

I was very pleased overall with this purchase of the
reflective lite-up collar. It performed as stated on the web site. It has clear visibility as cars from about 5 blocks away tend to steer to the other side of the road well in advance (not knowing what the flashing light is).
Others think it is cool too. So now my dog is "Joe Cool" of the neighborhood.
One thing I would change in the design though: The ring where the leash attaches is limited so it is hard to add all the tags and id for the dog. I added another ring from an old collar so it works fine for me now.
